Scheduling

Consultations and meetings may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of consultations or site visits. Late cancellations may result in a fee at our discretion.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may be required to prepay for future consultations or may be declined future scheduling.

4. Pricing & Payments

Project pricing is based on scope, materials, labor, and contractual terms. Estimates are subject to change until formally agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms, schedules, and deposits will be outlined in individual project agreements.

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

5. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of construction and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or services have been rendered.

Any refund considerations are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed project agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding:

Permits, approvals, and disclosures

Site conditions, hazards, or restrictions

Roof Catalyst LLC reserves the right to pause or decline work if site conditions pose a safety risk or violate applicable laws or regulations.
